• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects.
• Create and manage content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies to ensure our campaigns are effectively executed.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Provide regular updates to the sales team on market conditions and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
