📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Certification in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell FactoryTalk) or SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of energy management systems and energy-efficient solutions.
• Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
