Engineering Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing - MEP)

CV Tekun Karya is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Engineering Manager (MEP) to join our expanding team in Semarang. In this strategic role, you will be the backbone of our construction and installation projects, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards. With a growing portfolio of projects across various sectors, including commercial and residential buildings, we offer a dynamic and challenging environment where your expertise will be instrumental in driving project success.

As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design. Your role will involve conducting site visits, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into project designs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in MEP engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Certification in relevant MEP engineering standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Semarang.
