As a Fundraising Officer at SOS Indonesia in Denpasar, you will be at the forefront of our fundraising initiatives, working closely with our team to secure donations, grants, and partnerships that will fuel our programs and initiatives. You will develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage donor relationships, and ensure that our impact is maximized through effective fundraising campaigns.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Manage donor relationships and maintain a comprehensive database using Salesforce.
• Organize and execute fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and crowdfunding campaigns.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage donors and supporters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials.
• Analyze fundraising data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate sponsors and other organizations.
• Ensure compliance with all fundraising regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other fundraising software.
• Certification in fundraising or a related field is a plus.
