🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on automation and intralogistics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the automation and intralogistics industry, including key technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
