In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our credit portfolio by identifying, acquiring, and servicing credit products to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, acquire, and service credit products to clients, including loans, credit cards, and other financial services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new clients through various marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to develop tailored financial solutions.
• Use CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage client interactions and track sales performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of financial products and services.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and sales performance.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and networking events to promote our credit products and build relationships with potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit products, such as loans, credit cards, and other financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
