📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, and implement solutions to resolve them.
• Work with the engineering team to design, install, and commission HVAC systems in our projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Use industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC-specific software, to design and manage HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and project teams on HVAC-related matters.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out on HVAC systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience in working with HVAC systems in infrastructure and facilities management projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC-specific software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
