📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of mechanics to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to address mechanical issues and implement solutions.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with industrial machinery and equipment, including CNC machines, presses, and other printing-related machinery.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with the printing industry is a plus.
