In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping and dining experience. You’ll use our proprietary customer relationship management system, EasyCRM, to track interactions and provide personalized service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to retail and hospitality customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
• Manage and maintain the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Use EasyCRM to track customer interactions and provide personalized service
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and customer relationship management tools
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed
