📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage and inspire employees.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including newsletters, social media, and internal events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and communicate information effectively.
• Manage and update our internal communications platforms, such as our intranet and employee portals.
• Organize and facilitate internal events and initiatives to foster a strong company culture.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the impact of our efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in internal communications and best practices in the industry.
• Support the development of our employee engagement programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate storytelling, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and clear content.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the importance of internal communications in driving employee engagement.
