📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate smooth inventory flow.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain warehouse standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
