📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and motivate staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management systems and software is a plus.
