📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and inventory.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the menu.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Support the Head Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality food service.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to lead and mentor a team.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
