📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights.
  • Assist in the development of our brand's overall marketing strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
