📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales and brand awareness.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate market.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our company's reach and visibility.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in luxury real estate sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on luxury real estate.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of Indonesian language being an advantage.
