In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain accurate architectural and engineering drawings using CAD software.,Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide input on design and construction projects.,Review and approve drawings prepared by junior staff to ensure quality and accuracy.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural and engineering drafting.,Prepare and present technical reports, including project progress, challenges, and solutions.,Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable and innovative design solutions.,Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural and engineering drafting.,Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.,Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.,Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
