📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.,Train and assist employees in the use of IT systems and applications.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to protect against data loss.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
