📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.,Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the required standards and deliver exceptional service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including maintenance, engineering, and food and beverage services.,Implement and maintain housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the department is fully stocked.,Handle guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services, ensuring resolution and prevention of recurrence.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections to assess the performance of the housekeeping department and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior housekeeping role within the luxury hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of housekeeping software and systems.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
