Home Gold Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profitability.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
