📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to agreed-upon service levels.,Prepare and analyze reports on supply chain performance and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and medical supply chain requirements is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
