📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing updates to candidates,Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs,Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall recruitment strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations,Strong organizational and time management skills
