Food Code Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food service business,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs),Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the food service industry,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes
