📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform cell processing and analysis using advanced laboratory equipment such as flow cytometers and cell sorters.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory data using specialized software like FlowJo and CytExpert.
• Ensure compliance with all laboratory protocols and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with medical researchers and clinicians to support clinical trials and patient care.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Document and report laboratory findings accurately and promptly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting, with a focus on cell processing and analysis.
• Certification in clinical laboratory science (CLS) or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using flow cytometry and cell sorting equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
