📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Analyze and report on logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer requirements.,Manage and train the logistics team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are preferred.
