📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions to address them.,Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
