Tanggung Jawab:
Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Conduct tax planning and compliance audits for clients, identifying potential tax risks and opportunities.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of tax services.Contribute to the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures within the company.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including the latest developments and changes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax risks and opportunities.Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.Certification in tax planning and compliance audits is a plus.Experience in leading and mentoring a team of tax consultants is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
