📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the organization's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
