As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs, mentoring junior instructors, and ensuring the success of our training initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver high-quality training programs aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet high standards of performance and professionalism.,Develop and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and assessments.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate training programs into the overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and delivery.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certification in instructional design or training and development is a plus.
