Salon Joko Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the clinic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.
