📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with product demonstrations and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales
  • Assisting with the organization and execution of sales events and promotions
  • Providing support to the marketing team with promotional materials and customer feedback
  • Assisting with the management of the company's website and social media platforms
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry is a plus
