📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure employees are aware of their benefits.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as payroll support and leave management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
