📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communications.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
