PT Cendana Widya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. We are looking for a professional who can handle various HR tasks and contribute to the overall growth of our company.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in our organization, ensuring that our employees are happy, engaged, and productive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.

Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.

Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

Proficiency in English is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
