📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Manage the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring coffee bean levels.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall operations of the coffee shop.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Enthusiasm for the coffee industry and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
