📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for distribution.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer interactions.,Conduct regular checks on delivery routes to identify and resolve any issues promptly.,Provide excellent customer service and address any complaints or concerns.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics roles.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.
