📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that financial targets are met.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant changes to improve departmental performance.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
