📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address the unique needs of our workforce.
- Implement and deliver training sessions using Cornerstone OnDemand, Moodle, and other learning management systems.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams to facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a company-wide learning and development strategy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training and development.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Moodle, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.
- Ability to analyze training data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications such as ATD Certified Professional (CP) or SHRM-CP.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment is a plus.
