Base Glow Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Captain to lead our team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time position based in Sanur, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and report on team performance and operational metrics.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing a team and delivering results.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
