📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process mapping and analysis using tools like Microsoft Visio and BPMN.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current processes.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Create detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with strategic goals.
• Monitor and measure process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and tools.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management or a similar role.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using process mapping and optimization tools such as Microsoft Visio, BPMN, and process mining software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
