📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an added advantage.
