📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and administer JFT (Job Fit Test) and SSW (Standardized Skills Assessment) examinations.
• Monitor test candidates to ensure they adhere to test protocols and maintain test security.
• Verify candidate identification and credentials before and during the examination.
• Collect and secure test materials, answer sheets, and other related documents.
• Report any incidents or irregularities during the examination process.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of test materials and candidate information.
• Provide support to test administrators and invigilators as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Test Proctor certification from a recognized organization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in test proctoring or a related field.
• Strong understanding of test security and integrity principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using test administration software such as ProctorU or Respondus.
